The Heartland Roofing team did an outstanding job on my home. Although it was 100 degrees, the team worked hard to ensure they installed the new roof exactly as described, and with exact materials presented by their business President Mr. Christopher Guinn. We are very pleased with both the quality work, quality materials, and aesthetics of our new roof!

Chris and his crew were great! Chris came to look at my roof damage (from a storm and falling limbs) the same day I called him. He gave me the best quote and two days later it was all fixed. No waiting, no drama.

Great! I had a leak in my roof coming into my home. These guys came out at 9 pm on a rainy night and fixed he leak until they could come back in the daylight. They were on time, met with my insurance adjuster, and guided smoothly through this process! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing roof work!

From the very start, the owner Chris was extremely professional and upfront with me being that my home is an older home and the damage was extensive. He sat down with me and went over the process step by step. Once the work began, Chris made sure each detail was done according to our contract. Whatever recommendation he made, I was comfortable with, due to the trust I had in his work. He made this job extremely personal and the results was like an ugly duckling turning into a swan. The Heartland crew was very professional. In a day and age of extremely poor customer service, I have to say that I am very greatful for the way they handled this job. My mom suffered a stroke last year,and it has been a slow recovery. They explained the process in detail to make sure she understood everything, and put the needs of the customer first. When I first called Heartland about my roof, Melissa suggested that I call her back and let her know when my insurance adjuster was coming so that Chris could be there at that time. That is what I did and it was absolutely the right thing to do. Chris made sure the adjuster added in everything that would be needed to replace my roof. Chris stayed on top of it throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They didn’t break anything, I was worried about my plants. They did it in one day and made sure nothing had landed in the yard and picked up the few things that had. I highly recommend Heartland. They made this whole process easy for me and did a great job.

The owner was personable and very professional. Explained the insurance paper work in terms I could understand. Fixed other problems concerning the roof/chimney. Wonderful job, correct materials used. Ceiling/painting jobs were diligently done. When the owner was a painter short, he stepped in and helped. The men he had doing each job were hard working and congenial. Progress was checked on a daily basis in person by the owner, if he could not make it by he would contact me by phone to see how things were going, like I said personable. Excellent!
